用料 米饭 400g 火腿肠粒 60g 即食海苔 4片 原味沙拉酱 10g 白胡椒粉 根据自身口味添加 鹌鹑蛋 9个

制作步骤 1 蒸好的米饭趁热用铲子以切拌的方式搅散。加入切碎的火腿肠、海苔碎、胡椒粉和沙拉酱拌匀放在一边放凉到不烫手。 火腿肠一定要切碎一点太大的颗粒也容易散开。

制作步骤 2 把一些米饭放进饭团模具然后放一个去了壳的熟鹌鹑蛋。再加一些米饭然后压紧

诀窍点 大概200g的大米和210220g的清水可以煮出400g的大米饭为了饭团更好捏不太容易散开推荐选择220g的水量。

往电饭锅中加入洗好的大米倒入清水放入板栗和鸡肉开启标准煮饭模式。

取一只大碗盛出事先煮好的大米趁热一点点拌入寿司醋用不粘饭勺翻拌把米饭和寿司醋充分混匀稍微放凉至温热再开始做饭团。。
我选用的是黏性较好的东北大米寿司饭温度保持接近略高于手温较适宜。

把米饭、金枪鱼辣白菜馅、海苔片准备好用饭团模具放一勺米饭放金枪鱼辣白菜馅再放米饭压实 个头大小更一致。
