制作步骤 1
大蒜末中加入清水浸泡, 鸡腿沿着骨头将肉切开。
制作步骤 2
将鸡腿用蒜水、盐、胡椒粉、生抽腌制20分钟放入空气炸锅370℃烘烤15分钟
制作步骤 3
剩余的蒜末中加入蚝油搅拌均匀均匀的涂抹在鸡腿上再烘烤15分钟即可

Minced garlic

Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
Step 1
Soak the minced garlic in water and cut the chicken legs along the bones. Step 2
Marinate the chicken legs with garlic water, salt, pepper and soy sauce for 20 minutes, bake in an air fryer at 370℃ for 15 minutes
Step 3
Add oyster sauce to the remaining minced garlic and mix well, apply evenly on the chicken legs, and bake for another 15 minutes.
