制作步骤 1
腐竹泡发切成小段放入沸水中烫1分钟捞出过凉。黄瓜切成条。酱牛肉切条。
用酱牛肉或者卤牛肉都可以。
制作步骤 2
把所有食材放进盆里加入蒜末、生抽、醋、糖、盐和辣椒酱抄底翻拌均匀最后撒上一把切碎的香菜就好。

Production step 1
Soak the yuba, cut into small pieces, blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, take out and let cool. Cut cucumber into strips. Cut the beef into strips.
You can use either soy sauce beef or braised beef.
Making step 2
Put all the ingredients into a basin, add minced garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and chili sauce, stir evenly, and finally sprinkle with a handful of chopped coriander.
