Recipe (for 2 servings)

Ingredients
2 eggs
15ml milk
45ml cake flour
5 drops of vanilla oil
5ml lemon juice
15ml sugar

How to make
1. Separate the yolks and whites of 2 eggs.
2. Mix the yolks with 45ml of cake flour, 15ml of milk, and 5 drops of vanilla oil to make a batter.
3. Add 5ml of lemon juice to the whites and whip until almost no liquid remains, then add 15ml of sugar to make a meringue.
4. First mix a little of the meringue with the yolk batter, then gently fold in the rest in second and third additions to keep the meringue from deflating.
5. Put the mixed batter into a piping bag.
6. On the lowest heat, grease with butter and shape the batter into about 12cm in diameter, then bake for 4 minutes.
7. Add the rest of the batter on top and bake for another 6 minutes.
8. Flip it over and bake for another 6 minutes.
