Ingredients and recipe:
Warm water 200 ml
Warm milk 200 ml
Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
1. Mix all ingredients
Vegetable oil 90 ml
2. Stir again
Allpurpose wheat flour 550 600 g (add in parts)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 23 minutes
5. Put the dough on the table and knead for 56 minutes
6. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
8. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 4550 minutes
9. The dough rose well, what a beauty!

13. Cover with a towel and leave for 1015 minutes

23. Divide into 2 equal parts
24. Put on cheese
25. Roll up
26. Fix the edges and transfer to baking paper
27. Do the same with the second piece of dough
28. Cover with a towel and leave for 2025 minutes
29. Look how nice and airy the bread is
Egg yolk 1 pc.
Milk 1 tbsp.
30. Cut into 4 5 cm wide pieces
31. Lubricate with a brush
32. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds
33. Sprinkle with oregano
34. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 2527 minutes
