Yeast: 5grams(high active)0:39
Salt: 8 grams 0:45
Water: 400 grams(room temperature)0:50
•Baking settings: preheat the oven for 10 mins with upper heat and bottom heat 220 degrees. Put a heat resistant tray in the bottom, put the bread in the middle of the oven.
Add hot water to fill half of the baking tray, close the door immediately and bake for 18 mins, take the tray out, then bake for 12 more mins, in total we bake it for 30 mins.
