• Ingredients 1:
Highprotein flour 200 grams, 0:26
Yeast 2 grams, 0:29

•Ingredients 2:
Highprotein flour 400 grams, 1:18
Yeast 4 grams, 1:29
White granular sugar 80 grams, 1:25
Powdered milk 40 grams, 1:21
Eggs 2, 1:37
Milk 60 grams, 1:37
Butter 40 grams, 2:11
Salt 2 grams, 2:11
• Baking setting: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 110 degrees, turn on the hot air(based on the temperature of 32liters oven).
• For a family oven the mould will be close to the heating tube, so we need to use low heat or else the bread will get burned. For ovens above 38liters, we need to change the temperature and the time. The temperature for commercial uses ovens is 180220 degrees.

• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
