• Ingredients: #handmade steamed buns.
Allpurpose flour 500 grams(its whiter to make it with better processing flour) 0:25,
Yeast 4 grams(in winter add 23 grams more) 0:30,
White granular sugar 10 grams 0:38,
Milk 300 grams(if we use water, reduce the quantity by 1020 grams)0:45,
• After kneading it into a dough, loose it for 30 mins. Then knead it for about 8 mins(it's up to experience). Knead it to smooth dough and then start making. Then ferment it to half. It will rebound instantly if we press it slightly. Heat the water till boiling. Then put the buns in it and steam for 20 mins. Braise it for 2 mins and take it out.
