每年春天都係螢光魷魚嘅季節相信鐘意食日本嘢嘅大家一定有食過最近仲開始爆膏添。一般日式食法都係配搭醋味噌炭燒或者就咁食。由於好多時候我哋係屋企都未必用得晒啲螢光魷魚所以今集我哋示範一個自己鍾意落幾多螢光魷魚就幾多嘅意粉。用西式嘅蒜蓉番茄底去做但係同魷魚大葉都非常匹配嘅意粉。大家都試下啦
