Ingredients:
12 Mooncakes
Caramel Custard Filling:
55g Caster sugar
120ml Hot milk
35g Milk powder
25g Wheat starch
2 Eggs
40g Butter
2g Fine salt
Pandan leaf

Snowskin:
25g Glutinous rice flour
25g Rice flour
15g Wheat starch
15g Caster sugar
115g Milk
10g Condensed milk
15g oil

Jelly:
30g Caster sugar
100ml Water
3.5g Agaragar Powder
1/2tsp Beetroot juice
