Little Mooncake Bunnies are here to wish you a very Happy MidAutumn Festival in advance!These bunny shaped Snowskin Mooncakes are made with a chewy mochi wrapper and a fragrant custard filling. With just one bite, you'll taste the delicious custard filling and the chewy skin. In this video, I've made 3 different flavours of custard filling. They are, original flavour, matcha flavour and chocolate flavour. Hope you enjoy making your own bunnyshaped snowskin mooncake too!

~Caster sugar 20g 细砂糖 20克
~Milk 150g 牛奶 150克
~Condensed milk 13g 炼乳 13克
~Oil 20g 油 20克
~Fried Glutinous Rice Flour 23Tbsp ~糕粉 23大匙
