[No-Oven] Strawberry Cream Donut :: The Secret of Fluffy Bread Dough

It's a donut recipe that's as delicious as buying it.
Fresh strawberries and cream explode in your mouth, and the bread is fluffy

*** Measurements are on a scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp) (not a measuring spoon)

[8 pieces / 8~9cm]
✤ Donut dough
300g Bread flour (can be use allpurpose flour)
54g, 1 Room temperature egg
45g (4.5Tbsp) Sugar
5g (1.5tsp) Salt
5g (0.8Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
140ml Warm milk
40g Room temperature unsalted butter

✤ Whipped cream
300g Heavy cream
30g Sugar

✤ Toppings
Strawberry
Strawberry syrup (optional)
Sugar Powder

✤ TIP
It needs to be fermented up to the 3rd time to make it more fluffy. (Time varies depending on room temperature)
You can bake it in the oven instead of frying it. (170℃/338℉, about 20 minutes/may vary by oven)
You can substitute milk for eggs.
To make whipped cream hard, the room temperature must be lower than 20 degrees,
It is made well by putting ice water on it.
If you make whipped cream and keep it in the refrigerator, it will become thinner.
