* 30g Cake flour 低筋面粉 4tbsp
* 30g Milk powder 奶粉 4tbsp
* 50g Unsalted Bbutter 无盐黄油

2. Dough面团407g=22.5gx18
* 50g Sweet rice flour 糯米粉 6tbsp+2tsp
* 30g Rice flour 粘米粉 4tbsp
* 30g Wheat starch 澄粉(小麦淀粉) 4tbsp
* 30g Sugar 糖 1/8cup
* 20g Condenced milkd 炼乳 1tbsp
* 30g Oil 油 1/8cup
* 230g Milk 牛奶 3/4cup+3tbsp+1/2tsp
* 5g Matcha powder 抹茶粉 1tsp 宇治抹茶粉
* 5g Cocoa powder 可可粉 1tsp

3. 2tbsp Sweet rice flour 糯米粉
