材料 Ingredients:

Biscuit base:
140g Digestive biscuits
50g Unsalted melted butter
1/4 tsp salt

餅乾底
140克消化餅乾
50g 無鹽融化牛油
1/4 茶匙鹽

Raspberry puree:
300g Frozen raspberries
40g Sugar
10ml Lemon

紅莓果醬
300克冷凍紅莓
40克糖
10毫升檸檬

Cream cheese cake:
300g Cream cheese
150g Plain yoghurt
3g Baking soda
30g Sugar
9g Gelatine powder
45ml Cold milk
100g Raspberry puree

奶油芝士蛋糕:
300克奶油芝士
150g 原味酸奶
3克小蘇打
30克糖
9g 魚膠粉
45毫升冷牛奶
100g 山莓果醬

Raspberry jelly:
8g Gelatine powder
40ml Cold water
120g Raspberry puree

紅莓果凍
8g 魚膠粉
40毫升冷水
120g 紅莓果醬
