Your BELIEFS About Calories, Carbs, Fruits, and Weight Loss Are Keeping You Overweight. So it makes all the sense in the world to ditch all of these convictions to finally have the desirable outcomes.

When it comes to making changes in our lives, we now know that we have to go to the root of all. We cannot adopt habits just by addressing the habit itself. We change the mindset to support the new habit we want to instill. With a more positive belief, different emotions, different thoughts, of course, different actions, the habit is formed by repetition without using willpower. And this is how we get different, better outcomes in our lives. For drastically different results, you need a drastically different mindset.


Right now you are overweight or on a caloriedeficit diet. Despite all these years of trying to eat in moderation and stick with the diet plan, you are still trapped in that box. Always searching for the next diet, always cutting down calories and carbs, craving all the time, bingeing like no tomorrow. And always selfloathing yourself for that.


You still defend this strategy. Do you still believe eating in deficit is a good approach to losing weight? Do you still believe it’s only your fault you cannot stick with diets? move more, eat less;
everything in moderation;
carbs make you fat;
carbs give you diabetes;
sugars are bad, it doesn’t matter if they come from table sugar or fruits;
bananas make you fat;
we need lots of fats;
we need lots of protein;
we need animal protein;
plants don’t have protein;
vegans are weak;
plantbased diets are deficient;
we need to drink milk to get calcium;
plants don’t have minerals and vitamins;
plants don’t have calcium;
plants don’t have iron;
plants don’t have Omega 3;
High Carb PlantBased Diets are deficient in fat;
High Carb PlantBased Diets are deficient in protein.


The results you are having from holding on to these convictions are being overweight and always on a diet, having cravings, and health issues.


Changing beliefs can be daunting, but very rewarding. You got to be a new, better you. Transform your life for the better and have these results for the rest of your life. Lose weight without a calorie deficit, yes, that is possible. And get healthy in the process, not to mention increase your stamina and longevity.
Breaking past conditioning is what you have to do, rewiring your brain to have positive and empowering beliefs so that when you are on autopilot you are still on the right path.
