Let's talk about why old people can't jump, how you can improve your ability to jump, and how to stay safe when trying to improve your jumping ability. This video is especially for seniors and older adults who have been sedentary for years (or decades) who want to get better while staying injuryfree.

We'll discuss the muscles you need to train to get better at jumping, go through some basic exercises that'll help you get stronger, and introduce you to one super simple jumping exercise so you can practice and improve at home.
