It's another What I Eat in a Day / full day of eating video! Remember, this is just one day. We are all different and have different needs and likes. This is just meant to give you ideas of meals you can enjoy!

QUESO MEATLOAF (this is just how I made it this time, but more modifications may come when I meal prep it stay tuned for the next video!)
Makes 3 servings
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 Tbsp Burman's garlic aioli spread
1/4 Good Culture reducedfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
6 Tablespoons Publix salsa con queso (2 Tbsp on each)
Mix all ingredients together except the queso. Form into 3 individual loaves.
Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (depending on your oven).
Top each with 2 Tbsp queso. Bake for additional 5 minutes.
Enjoy!!
