Meal prepping is such a big help for me on my health journey. It takes the stress out of wondering what to have during the week. Modifications: I used the above recipe as a base, but I used 1/2 cup protein oats and 4 oz protein shake.

VIRAL HIGHPROTEIN RANCH DIP
16 oz container cottage cheese
1 packet Ranch seasoning
Place in blender and blend until smooth and creamy
