Meal Prep for my husband and I for three days! This week's lunch was a new one and it was soooo good!! WW Weight Watchers points and calories included! Meal prepping is such a big help for me on my health journey. It takes the stress out of wondering what to have during the week. I only prep three days though there are days where I just feel like something different, so this allows for that moderation. Thanks so much for watching! I hope you enjoy this video!

MODIFICATIONS: This week I added 21/4 cups liquid egg whites to the six servings. This increased the protein by 10 additional grams per serving and the calories increased to about 290 per serving.

TACO POTATOES Serves 6
(6) potatoes (mine were about 160 grams each)
1 lb extra lean (99% lean) ground turkey breast
1/2 packet taco seasoning
1 can fatfree refried beans
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
Cook potatoes (bake, cook in Instant Pot, however you normally make them)
Cook ground turkey and add 1/4 cup water and the taco seasoning, mix well. Add refried beans together with the meat. Then add the black beans and diced tomatoes. Mix everything well.
Put tomatoes in the meal prep container and cut in half. Top the meat mixture on top and add whatever other toppings you choose. I ended up adding shredded cheese for my husband and feta for mine. I also added lettuce and reducedfat sour cream.
