INGREDIENTS:
1.2 1.5 kg of lamb offal (lung, liver, heart, sweetbreads), you can use also chicken offal if you don't like lamb
12 lettuce
1 bunch of green onions
1 bunch of dill
100 g of rice
100 ml white wine
1,52 liters of water
salt and pepper
For the egg and lemon sauce (avgolemono)
2 eggs
juice of 12 lemons
1 teaspoon cornstarch
