• Ingredients: Su Guo(a mixed stew of meat and vegetables)
• Common ingredients: cabbage, lotus root, seaweeds, beancurd products, fish, pork, just add anything we like. In the video we added a total of 2500 grams of ingredients. Clean and wash those ingredients. The fish needs to be deepfried and the meat needs to be blanched.
•Seasonings for 2500 grams of ingredients: dark soy sauce 50 grams, light soy sauce 50 grams, mature vinegar 150 grams, Chinese liquor 30 grams, rock sugar(or brown sugar) 120 grams, salt 30 grams, water 500 grams(add proper amount of water according to the amount of ingredients. We suggest adding 500 grams first and add more if necessary).
•First cook it with high heat for 30 mins, then turn to low heat and cook it for 60 mins. Then turn out the heat and braise it for 4 hours. If you prefer the ingredients to be soft and easily broken, braise it for 12 hours.

• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
