Dried diced beef | Very tasty! Only need a pan! Easy and fast!

•Ingredients: homemade dried diced beef
Beef: 1000 grams, 0:09,
Dried hawthorns: 3 slices, 0:44
Bayleaf, 1, 0:47,
Sundried ginger, 2 pieces, 0:51,
Anises, 2, 0:54,
Small cassia, 2, 0:57,
Fennel, a little bit, 1:00,
Cooking wine: 20 grams, 1:02,
Dark soy sauce: 30 grams, 1:04,
Light soy sauce: 50 grams, 1:07,
Rock sugar: 50 grams, 1:09,
Salt: 8 grams, 1:11, add proper amount of it as we like.
•Add those ingredients in the beef and grab it to be even. Marinade it for at least 30 mins. Then add 500 grams of water in pot to submerge the beef. Braise it with high heat, and remember to check it now and then to avoid it from getting burned. When there is only a little bit of water in the pot, turn to low heat and fry it till the beef looks dry. Take the seasonings out. Add any kind of seasonings we as we like, such as cumin powder, fivespice powder, or chili powder. If you prefer it to be chewy, put it in oven and bake it at 80 degrees, or just keep it in some cool places for one day.
