•Ingredients: #fried dumplings
Fresh meat stuffing(pork or beef) 500 grams 0:30,
Egg one 0:44,
Light soy sauce 3 spoons 0:57,
Chicken powder a little bit 1:13,
Oyester oil half spoon 1:16,
Ginger pieces 30 grams 1:19,
Cooking oil 3 spoons 1:34,
Green onion pieces 60 grams 1:52,
Salt proper amount 2:02,
Shrimp meat some 2:19,
Highprotein finely ground (or allpurpose flour) 500 grams 2:35,
Salt 12 grams 2:35,
Water 250 grams 2:41,
•With 250 grams of water the dough will be abit hard, we can add abit more of water, just the surface might crease. But it will still taste the same.
•Add about 120 grams of water in 10 grams of flour, blend evenly. This amount is suitable for common family pan 4:40,
•We can use common pan or frying pan.Cook it at medium high heat. No big heat. After the bottom is slightly colored, add the flour water in it. After the water is almost gone and the bottom is wellcolored, now it's welldone. We can sprinkle some cooked sesame or green onion pieces and braise it for 1 min. Then take it out.
