• Ingredients: soft pastry flatbread
Allpurpose flour 500 grams, 0:30,
Warm water 350 grams, 0:33,
Salt 3 grams, 0:47,
Pastry: add 100 grams of cooking oil in pot and heat it till there is slight smoke. Then add 70 grams of flour in it and blend it evenly. Then let it cool. 2:10.
