Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of a day. However, many people skip breakfast for 1 more minute of sleep in the morning
To prevent that, the frozen mealkit inspired me to make recipes for 3 min breakfast meals for everyone!
Even if you got sweettooth or likes to have different meals every morning, don't worry!
If you follow this recipe, you can prep breakfasts for a month!

▋Ingredients

★Egg, ham & cheese Toasts (4 portions)

8 slices of toasts
20g of butter
4 slices of ham
3 tricholomas
1/3 carrot
1/4 red bell pepper
8 slices of cheese
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of black pepper
Vegetable oil


★Chickenavocado Tortilla (4 portions)

4 Mexican tortilla
10g butter
200g chicken breast
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp egg white
1 avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
100g shredded cheese
Vegetable oil


★Multigrain Chicken Soup

1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup millet & sorghum
1 chicken thigh
Pinch of white pepper
1 tbsp light soysauce
2 tsp corn starch
1 tomato
3 fresh shiitake mushrooms
50g corn kernels
50g edamame beans
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
Poached egg
Coriander for garnish


★BananaChocolate Oatmeal Muffins

100g instant oatmeal
1 banana
1 egg
125ml milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt


★Fruit Smoothies

150g banana & dragon fruit + 150g milk

150g honeydew & kiwi + 50g yogurt + 100g milk

150g pineapple & mango + 50g yogurt + 100g milk

150g blueberry & avocado + 150g mlik + 2 tbsp honey

150g green grapes + pear + 50g yogurt + 100g milk
