The ingredients that need to be prepared for marinating are:
Chicory 2 kg
150gr salt
1200ml water

Soak for 8 hours (Rotate the mustard greens after soaking 4 hours)

Ingredients for kimchi seasoning:
Dried chili powder (coarse) 150gr
Turnip 100gr
100gr Asian pear (cut into long thin)
Sugar 1 tbsp
2 tbsp grated garlic
Small 100gr green onion
Fish soy sauce 150gr
Onions ½ pieces

Ingredients for making slurry:
1 tbsp glutinous rice flour
100ml water
1 tsp salt
