Ingredients:
1 large nappa cabbage (7 pounds or 3 kilogram )
1 cup and 3/4 cup of coarse sea salt
10 cups of water
8 green onions
1 cup of red pepper powder
1/2 pear
5 ounces (150g) radish
10 cloves of garlic
A bit of ginger
1/2 cup of fish sauce
1T honey
1T flour
