Cooking recipe and ingredients:

45 Chinese cabbage.
Cabbage roots, cut and halve.
Make cuts with a knife.
Dip cabbage in cold water.
then strain.

let stand for another 30 minutes.

Rinse the cabbage again in cold water.
Strain the cabbage.
