This full body workout, with core and cardio, is done in 3 rounds. Rounds 1 and 2 are repeated 3 times and Round 3 is repeated 2 times. Each round has a lower body, an upper body a core and cardio section. This is your ultimate full body workout. Strength moves are done for 40 seconds, and the cardio move is done for 30 seconds.
