All you need is a soft surface and a moderate to heavy pair of dumbbells . This workout is broken down into 2 total sets of 10 exercises with each set containing different variations of the same movement patterns. There are no big modifications for this workout but we recommend reducing the weight or even dropping to bodyweight if necessary. We recommend doing this workout at least 23 x per week for if you're looking to build strength/muscle mass and lose body fat.
