In this exercise class for seniors we will start with some footwork to increase your heart rate and work your brain. We will also work with weights and a resistance band for a full body strength training. The last segment we will use drumsticks for our rhythm routine , if you do not have drumsticks you can simply clap instead. There is a lot of footwork in this workout, you may want to review it quickly before starting. If you get behind don’t get frustrated just march in place until you can start the routine again. This is a routine that you should plan to do over and over, the more you do it the better you will get!
