I’m going to show you how to make the simplest recipe for Chinese fried noodles. These Cantonese Chow Mein are called 豉油皇炒面, royal soy sauce stirfried noodles.

‍ Ingredients for 4 people:
12 oz thin dehydrated noodles
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
5 oz bean sprouts
2 oz spring onions
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame oil

Seasoning sauce:
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sugar
