I’m going to show you a Thai version of sweet and sour chicken. It's surprisingly lemony and easy to make;

‍ Ingredients for 4 people:
Marinade:
1 lb chicken thighs
1 lemongrass
the zest of a lime
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
½ tbsp fish sauce
½ tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 onion
4 garlic cloves
½ bell pepper
2 hot chillis or mini peppers
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
Thai or common basil leaves
2 tbsp vegetable oil
