Pat Chun was founded in 1932 by Mr Ng Wai Sum in Hong Kong. Our core values To ferment aromatic vinegars, brew tasty sauces, prepare nutritious foods. Our company was founded on this humble belief in providing families with tasty and nutritious foods. Though our values are simple, to live them out require perseverance: 1) The tastiest sauces are still brewed according to traditional methods. 2) Our main brewery remains in Hong Kong in order to pass our craft from one generation of Hong Kongers to the next. 3) Insistence on using natural ingredients.
