鸡扒材料 Chicken Chop Recipe
1) 去骨鸡腿肉 Chicken Whole Leg (Boneless) 900~1000克 900~1000g
2) 生抽 Light Soy Sauce 2汤匙 2 tbsp
3) 蚝油 Oyster Sauce 2汤匙 2 tbsp
4) 糖 Sugar 1/2茶匙1/2 tsp
5) 蒜粉 Garlic Powder 1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp
6) 白胡椒粉 White Pepper Powder 1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp

酱汁Gravy
1) 无盐牛油/黄油 Unsalted Butter 1汤匙 1 tbsp
2) 黑胡椒粒 Black Pepper Corn (Grounded) 1茶匙 1 tsp
3) 普通面粉 All Purposed Flour 1/2 汤匙 1/2 tbsp
4) 清水 Water 1杯 1 cup
5) 鸡精粉 Chicken Stock Powder 1茶匙 1 tsp
6) 黑酱油 Dark Soy Sauce 1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp
7) 玉蜀黍粉 Corn Starch 1汤匙 1 tbsp (dilute with some water)
