材料
鸡胸肉/腿肉 500克
腌制盐 白糖 胡椒 绍兴酒 油

黑椒汁
洋葱 辣椒酱
蒜末 黄油
黑椒粉 鸡汤
面粉+水
胡椒粉
生抽


Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Chicken breast 2pcs ~400g. Thinly slice the meat, then use the back of the knife and pound the meat. Add little salt, sugar, Shaoxing wine, pepper and oil. Mix well and then add corn starch and marinade for a while.
2. Yellow onion half, diced
3. Garlic 2 cloves, minced
4. Tomato sauce 2tbsp
5. Planta 1tsp
6. Black peppercorns, handful of it
7. Wheat flour 2tbsp
8. Chicken stock 12 scoop
9. Cooked rice
10. Broccoli (blanched till cooked)

Seasoning
1. Pepper little
2. Light soya sauce little
3. LP sauce little
4. Dark soya sauce little

Method
1. Roast the black peppercorns in the saucepan till fragrant, then pound it till fine. Set aside 1tsp
2. Combine the wheat flour with some water in a bowl
3. Heat wok with oil. Pan fry the chicken breast till both sides turn brown. Can test using a chopstick to poke through the meat
4. Using the balance oil, stir fry the yellow onion till fragrant. Add garlic and pepper and stir fry for a while. Then add Planta and mix till it melts. Add in tomato sauce and mix. Add in chicken stock and bring to boil.
5. Off heat and add 2 tbsp of wheat flour solution (step 2) and mix well. Turn on heat and bring to boil.
6. Add seasoning and mix well. Test to your liking. Add dark soya sauce for colouring.
7. Arrange the bowl and broccoli on the plate, followed by the chicken. Then drizzle the black pepper sauce on the chicken.
8. Serve and enjoy!
