制作步骤 1
黄油软化涂在吐司上尽量涂均匀。然后把吐司切成两半。

平底锅里放植物油小火加热倒入打散的蛋液快速搅拌把蛋液炒成滑蛋当蛋液半凝固的时候整理成长方形。然后把两个半片吐司盖上涂黄油的一面向上。

等到蛋液基本凝固的时候把吐司翻过来煎黄油那面。然后撒上肉松、海苔碎和沙拉酱把吐司折起来。
