Breakfast:
1 low carb wrap
2 tbsp pb powder mixed with water
1 tsp chia seeds
Banana
2/3 c cottage cheese

Snack: Dannon light and fit toasted coconut and vanilla yogurt with berries

5 oz Tuna in water, drained
61 gm avocado
Garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp red onion, diced
Optional* diced pickled jalapeno

I ate mine on toasted Ezekiel bread with hippeas white cheddar chickpea chips

Pre dinner snack: grapes

Dinner:
Chicken coated in houseautry garlic Parmesan
Bushs zero sugar baked beans
Roasted carrots and green beans

Dessert:
Decaf coffee and 2 Alyssa’s oatmeal bites
