* INGREDIENTS WEEKLY HEALTHY MENU (Meal Prep # 1) *

DAY 1: BAKED
BROCCOLI 4 Eggs
OMELETTE 45 gr.Ham
diced 1/2 Broccoli
200 gr. of Emmental Cheese
250 gr. of Cream for Cooking
Salt and Pepper

MIXED SALAD
1 Tomato
1/2 Lettuce
Can of Olives
1 jar of Asparagus Buds
34 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Vinegar
Salt

DAY 2:WITH COD
CAULIFLOWER 1 Cauliflower
500 gr.Cod
Desalted 3 sliced ​​Garlic cloves
2 Boiled Eggs
1 tsp. Paprika
Olive Oil

DAY 3: GRATIN PASTA WITH BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SAUCE
200 gr. of Pasta
1 Medium Broccoli
180 gr. of grated cheese
45 gr. Diced Ham
Olive Oil

For the Light Bechamel
40 gr. of Olive Oil
40 gr. of Flour
200 ml. of Milk
400 ml. Vegetable Broth
Salt and Pepper

DAY 4: COMPLETEWITH TOMATO SALAD
COOKING 300 gr. Chickpeas (soak)
2 Chorizo
1 Chicken Breast
CabellĂ­n Noodle ..................
1 Bay Leaf
3 Garlic
cloves Water and Salt
1 Tomato
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt

2 Chicken
Breasts 1 / 2 tsp. of Salt
15 gr. of Pepper
3 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
1 Glass of Olive Oil
1/2 Glass of Vinegar
1/2 Glass of White Wine
1 Glass of Water

1 Glass of Rice
1 Clove of Garlic
1/2 tsp. of Salt
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Glasses and a Half of Water
