Ingredients (recipe) Vegetarian lobster (Tôm Hủm Cháy):
1 lb Tofu
30g Shitake Mushroom
25g Vermicelli
1 tsp Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
300g Bean Curd Sheets

Sauce:
50g Tomato
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Fish Sauce (Vegetarian)
1.5 cup Water
1 tsp Tapioca Mixed with Water
To Garnish with Cilantro
