1 piece Pork Hock (2 lbs)
1 Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Shallot
30g Ginger
30g Green Onion
Served with Pickled Veggies & Sweet Chili Sauce
