INGREDIENTS

cook the quinoa
▪ 1 cup of quinoa
▪ 1.5 cups of water
▪ pinch of salt

Assemble the meal prep cups with quinoa
▪ 3 tablespoons of cooked quinoa
▪ 1/2 cup of milk
▪1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▪ juice of 1/2 lemon and grated skin
▪ 1 tablespoon sweetener use monk fruit
▪ 1 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt
▪2 tablespoons of cinnamon
▪ pinch of salt
