BASIC
1/2 cup of milk
▪ 3/4 cup rolled oat flakes | 3/4 cup rolled oats
▪ 1 teaspoon chia
▪ 1 pinch of salt
▪ 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
▪ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▪ 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cream
▪3 tablespoons Greek yogurt, plain
▪2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
▪1 teaspoon vanilla extract
TIRAMISU
▪30 ml strong espresso coffee
▪1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
optional
▪1 tablespoon mascarpone or ricotta cheese
STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM
Strawberry syrup:
▪5 strawberries
▪2 tablespoons of sweetener
▪ Juice of ½ lemon

▪1 tsp chia
APPLE AND CINNAMON
▪1 apple
▪2 tablespoons of sweetener
