I'll show you how to prepare the Perfect Quinoa. From my tips on how to wash, and cook quinoa to 5 healthy recipes that you can prepare using quinoa. These recipes are new to the channel and as always they are delicious and very easy to cook.

Many times we limit ourselves to thinking that there is only one way to eat quinoa, when in reality there are many ways you can enjoy it. We are going to prepare my favorite quinoa salad, we also prepare quinoa soup and much more!

R E C E T A S:

1 quinoa salad:

2 Mexican quinoa

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, chopped or ground

1 tsp red pepper flakes or dried red pepper

1 can (15 ounces) of black beans, rinsed and drained

1 (14.5 ounces) can of diced tomatoes

Varied condiments such as cumin, paprika, chilli and salt

Cooked quinoa

Chopped antro

Lemon juice

Serve with avocado, peeled and chopped

3 quinoa with Mushrooms and Spinach:

1 cup of quinoa

2 cups of water

3 tablespoons of olive oil

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

14 oz (400 g) of mushrooms, cut into quarters

1/2 onion, chopped

10 oz (300 g) of fresh spinach

1/2 cup (125 ml) of lowsodium vegetable broth

Fresh black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated or nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon of red chili flakes, optional

4 quinoa Bowl:

3/4 cup of cooked quinoa.

Toppings: Lettuce, Carrot, Tomatoes, Black Beans, Cooked Chicken.

Dressing: 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tsp light mayonnaise, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste

5 quinoa soup:

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 onion, cut into cubes

2 large carrots cut into cubes

2 large stalks of celery, chopped

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 1/2 teaspoons of thyme herbs

1/2 teaspoon of lavender, optional

Pinch of red pepper flakes, optional

1/2 cup of dried quinoa

2 cans (15 oz.) of white beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (14 oz) of diced tomatoes, with juices

7 8 cups of vegetable broth or water

1 handful of spinach leaves

Mineral salt and fresh pepper cracked to taste
