Protein Strawberry Shorty Cake:
Dry
2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup sweetener of choice
90g BeGood Bakery protein powder
3tbs baking powder
pinch of salt
Wet
140g egg whites
150g greek yogurt
1.5tbs coconut oil (melted)
1tbs honey
1/4 cup milk/ milk substitute
**combine all ingredients together then bake at 350 degrees for 2025 minutes depending on oven
** top with coconut whip, sugar free jam and fresh strawberries
Protein French Toast Bagels:
Bagels
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup BeGood Bakery protein powder
Cinnamon to taste
Raisins (optional)
Topping
12tbs coconut oil (melted)
1.5tsp cinnamon
12tbs brown sugar swerve
tsp vanilla
**mix all bagel ingredients together to form a dough ball. You'll need extra flour to roll them out into their separate balls (should make 4)
** place on tray, make bagel holes
** mix all topping ingredients together then brush on bagels
** place in oven @350 degrees for 1520 minutes depending on oven
Protein Banana Fritters:
2 large bananas mashed
2tbs BeGood Bakery Protein Powder
3tbs coconut flour
pinch of salt
**mix all ingredients together
** pan fry in some coconut oil until golden and crispy on both sides
** serve with ice cream, PB2 and sugar free syrup
