2 lbs XL Shrimp
1 cup all purpose flour
23 eggs whisked
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded nonsweet coconut flakes
AllPurpose Seasoning and Hot AP (or salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne)_
Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce or Homemade cocktail sauce
Oil for Frying

Cocktail Sauce:
3/4 cup ketchup
23 tbsps creamy horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
