➜Here’s what you”ll need:

24 jumbo shrimp (raw, deveined, shelloff & tailson)
Juice of 1/2 lemon + cold tap water to rinse shrimp.
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1 teaspoon vegetable oil + 3 cups for frying.
1 teaspoon allpurpose seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 smoked paprika
Salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste.

Batter
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh black pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
1 cup allpurpose flour

Breading
1/2 cup allpurpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Allpurpose seasoning

Sweet chili sauce, for serving

Do not crowd the pot when frying fry in small batches for a crispier and crunchier finish.
