✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
150 grams sugar (4/5 cup)
150 ml vegetable oil (3/4 cup)
150 ml milk (3/4 cup)
300 g flour (2 cups)
15 grams baking powder (3 tsp)
100 grams dried cherries (1/2 cup)

1 egg
100 g yogurt (5 tbsp)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
50 grams of fresh or frozen cherries
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
Decorate with powdered sugar.
