1 tablespoon sugar (20g)
1 pack of dry yeast (10g)
1 glass of warm milk (200ml)
1 glass of warm water (200ml)
half a tea glass of oil (100ml)
6 cups of flour (720g)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)


To grease the dough
150 g butter

For inner filling
150 g cream cheese
100 g cheddar cheese

For the above
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of milk
