✅ Ingredients: 1 cup = 250 ml
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
15 grams of vanilla sugar (1 tbsp)
150 grams of sugar (3/4 cup)
150 ml sunflower oil (2/3 cup)
150 ml of milk (2/3 cup)
300 g flour (2 cups + 1/2 cup)
15 grams of baking powder (1 tbsp)

———————
1 egg
125 g yogurt (1 cup)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch (cornstarch)
150 g frozen fruit

Bake at 175°C for 35 to 40 minutes.

Sprinkle with icing sugar
